We created ActivIT Solutions to provide computer service and technical support to local residents and businesses. We are convinced that what people want, when it comes to this kind of service, is HONESTY! We also believe that when someone says “I’m computer illiterate!”, what they are really saying is “I need help and I am going to have to trust you to be fair and honest.” In essence they are saying, “My technological life, is in your hands!”
At ActivIT Solutions, we strive to give you three (3) things:
1. HONESTY – We may not always know the answer, but we’ll do our best to find out and be straight with you about your problems and the best solution we can find.
2. FAIRNESS – We are tired of other service companies misleading (or flat out lying to) customers who put their trust, and more importantly, money, in them. We strive to help you make informed decisions about the right direction to proceed with your computer issues. We’ll always strive for the right choice based on the most cost-effective approach. In other words, we won’t sell you something you don’t need, at a price you shouldn’t have to pay, and we won’t speak in a language you cannot understand.
3. SERVICE – “Service” is all a business really has! As a customer, you expect “good” service. If you get your expectations met (or exceeded) then hopefully, you’ll use that particular business again. If you don’t get your expectations of satisfactory service met, then you aren’t going to go back.
